You can book discounted accommodation at one of 3 hotels near the Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention and Event Centre through the summer school registration site.

The closing date for bookings at the Novotel is 5pm AEST Monday 21 December 2026. The closing date for booking at the Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn and Suites is 5pm Friday 8 January 2027. Bookings made after these dates will be on request with the hotel, subject to availability and conference rates may not apply.

Payment

You will need to provide credit card details to secure your booking.

You will be charged for accommodation and incidentals when you check in or out of the hotel. However, some hotels may pre-charge your credit card 30 days before your stay.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
