Do you have questions or concerns regarding how we practice wound management or the evidence guiding our care?

The curriculum at the AWSA Summer School 2027 will include case studies, lived experience and opportunities to question, discuss and debate. Unlike a conference, participants will have the capacity to engage in robust conversation with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), experts and emerging leaders to really explore topics and question practice in a safe environment. We encourage discussion, over coffee, in the sessions and over dinner. With this model of learning we hope to open your minds to new concepts and methods of practice. Come and share your experiences and ideas with others.

The Summer School will run over a course of two days and will focus on engaging, exploring, explaining, elaborating and evaluating a range of wound related topics to both strengthen and broaden your knowledge of not only how to manage individuals with chronic wounds, but to also understand and question the whys.

Numbers are limited so register quickly.

Target audience: clinicians with greater than 3 years' experience who have a broad experience in the area of wound management, whether it be in acute, aged, community, primary health, research or education. Years of experience plays a role in knowledge development and consolidation.
